This form is to provide legitimate source to St. Peter’s Threads of Hope Linen Pantry.

As the Linen Pantry is sponsored through generosity of many congregations, groups and individuals, it will be necessary to limit the visits of referees to one visit per month, if more than one is needed.

The Threads of Hope Linen Pantry is located at 472 Callodine Ave, Eggertsville, NY 14226. The Linen Pantry is open the first and third Saturday each month from 10:00 AM until Noon, the second Wednesday and the fourth Wednesday from 10-noon or by appointment.
